Comprehensive Guidelines for Authors and Reviewers

At ASAI, we recognize that English is a tool, not a barrier. We advocate for a scientific world where the brilliance of an idea is not overshadowed by the author's native language.

The Fundamental Philosophy: Just as the calculator revolutionized mathematics, AI has become an essential tool for linguistic refinement. We judge the quality of the science, not the fluency of the accent.

Guidelines for Authors

1. Linguistic Refinement & Translation

Authors are encouraged to use AI for correcting grammar and professional academic phrasing. Translating high-quality research from native languages to English is welcomed to ensure global reach.

2. Defining Research Originality

Originality is found in your measurements and unique insights. Using AI to improve the expression of these ideas is a legitimate professional choice.

The Red Line: Data Integrity (Zero Tolerance)

While AI is welcomed for language, it is strictly prohibited for data generation. Scientific misconduct includes:

3. Mandatory Raw Data Submission

To ensure there are no fabricated or fake results, ASAI Press requires a commitment to data transparency.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors MUST upload all raw research data, including original lab notes, unprocessed sensor data, or raw survey responses. This data will be kept on file to verify the authenticity of the research and ensure scientific reproducibility. Failure to provide raw data will result in the immediate cancellation of the publication.

Guidelines for Reviewers

Confidentiality & Integrity

Reviewers are strictly prohibited from uploading submitted manuscripts into generative AI tools. Sharing manuscripts with third-party platforms violates author privacy and intellectual property rights.

Editorial Prerogative

ASAI Press editors reserve the right to use AI-detection software. Authors remain 100% accountable for the content of their paper.
